Welcome to Go Clean Edge (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By scheduling or using our cleaning services, you (“the client”) agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Provided

We provide residential and light commercial cleaning services as described on our website. Services may include recurring, deep, move-in/move-out, and one-time cleanings. We do not offer personal care, hazardous material cleanup, or heavy lifting.

2. Access to Property

Clients must ensure access to the property at the scheduled time. This may include providing a key, code, or being present. If we are unable to access the property, a cancellation fee may apply.

3. Pricing & Payment

All pricing is based on flat-rate estimates or hourly rates per cleaner. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept credit cards and may require a card on file to secure bookings.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours may result in a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows or lockouts may be charged the full service rate.

5. Safety & Working Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is unsafe or unsanitary, including the presence of hazardous materials, aggressive pets, or extreme clutter. We may cancel or reschedule service at our discretion.

6. Damages & Liability

Our cleaners take great care when providing services. If accidental damage occurs, we will do our best to resolve it. However, we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Improperly installed fixtures

  • Items of significant value left in vulnerable areas
    Clients must report any concerns within 24 hours of service completion.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any part of your service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to address the issue at no additional cost.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
